Description
What's honestly really funny is that this cosplay's photoshoot was done on the same beach as my other Rule 63, and a similar time of year. Complete coincidence, but I couldn't help but think of it when we were doing the shoot.
(I have much better photographers this time around, though. Thanks, and !)

The setting for which one would R63 Ash is appropriate, and completely canon given that Ash and his friends have had several beach-related adventures. Looking at the character this artist attempts to represent, we see that her restful pose is familiar to either gender, symbolizing the bridge between her's and Ash's. Further accentuating the peaceful setting is the fact that her Ash Hat is forwards, whereas canonically, Ash lays down the law when his cap is backwards. Upon further elaborating on the artist's clothing, we see that it isn't necessarily ironed out, there are many folds and wrinkles that indicate that she is a Pokemon Trainer who is used to getting rough, much like Ash on his adventures. Complimenting this idea is the fact that her tank top is tied in a knot.
In my short critique of this picture, I noticed that the artist is missing Ash's trademark cheek-lines, and that her smiles are normal, whereas Ash's smiles are toothless and orally triangular as seen in pictures like these.

For some, show-accurate cosplay stands out, but it's cool since the artist was only enjoying the beach looking like Ash Ketchum.
