Here is my Critique
(DISCLAIMER: I judge these shots by the shot and NOT by models themselves. You could have the most beautiful model or the worst, i dont look at it that way. I look at how the shot is taken, lighting, posture etc.
I also give a reason why i rate my ratings, i maybe a tad harsh sometimes, but i have no bad blood against you, or anyone else, its a critique, i show you what you did well and what was not so great so you can improve on it <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> )

SO, lets begin this critique!

Vision: 2.5 stars

Ok, so I can see what you are trying to do here, and I like it, her posture is not bad, however if she was looking away and not directly at the camera, this would be better. the outfit is good, I love the colour of the rocks as the contrast well with the outfit, good job! but there is one thing that is an eye sore and I cannot help but keep staring, is the cars in the backround...... I know that you cant help it, however, it all comes down to the photo. and the cars is what really hurts this photo. if there were no cars, then this photo would have been a 3.5-4 easily.

Orginality: 2 stars

so, this one is not so hot because its a shot that I have seen many times, misty by the beach/beachy rocks. its not something that we have not seen, to score high in my originality you need to do something that I have not seen before. and this shot has been done before, im not saying dont take this shot, i mean take it and make it your own. That will be what makes you stand out from the others.

Technique: 3 Stars

The photo is nice and crisp and blurry in the backround, which is very nice because if focuses on the subject. There is however one thing though that bothers me and that is that it is centered perfectly, and the angle is straight on. You see, if I were walking past this model doing this on the rocks, when I turn to look, this picture is what I would see. HOWEVER, if you took the shot at a high angle, or a low angle, then we're talkin! because it makes the shot more interesting, and dont center the shot, have it in a focal point, have your subject a bit more to the left or a bit more to the right, then it makes the shot more interesting.

Impact: 2.5 stars

The impact is something of like a overall grade to me, the photo is nice, but you can get better! and you can improve on this photo, I can see you have alot of potential <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>
